Lies, Denial, or Some Warped Fantasy World?

Sarah Palin puzzles me. Certainly she read the same report that I did, which indicated that she violated Alaskan state law in the Troopergate scandal. And somehow, she manages to get out of that some sort of exoneration. Did Saddam Hussein's propaganda minister just dress up in drag and get himself nominated to be Vice President in our country? Or is it that Palin knows if she says a lie, her supporters will blindly agree with her, despite the evidence to the contrary? Or is she atually in some sort of denial? Unable to face reality, she creates her own? Does she live in some warped fantasy world where up is down, and 2+2 = 5.4?

Glad it wasn't a murder charge. I can see her yelling at the judge, "why am I going to jail, I was acquitted."

She may be just bright enough to realize that those who would support this lady who reminds me of a junior high school cheerleader will blindly believe anything that she says. We have seen that undiscerning acceptance of all her pronouncements in blogs and comments from many people.

I see that total acceptance by the commentators on Fox News, as well. Perhaps the problem is that her supporters have rationalized the findings away because they do not believe that abuse of power is unethical when committed by a Republican.

Hey J.C., it is so good to hear from you. I hope everything is well with you and it is truly good to hear from you my friend.

Palin seems to appeal to only the worst in the Republican party. She energizes the base, but leads them to areas that alienate most Americans.

She preaches transperency while operating in the shadows to use the power of her position to benefit herself and those close to her. She clearly is not mentally and ethically stable.

BTW, thanks for visiting. I've missed your wisdom.
